When equipment stops, we don’t

Frequently asked questions
How quickly can you respond to a breakdown?
Response time depends on location and issue severity, but we always prioritise breakdowns and aim to dispatch a technician as quickly as possible. Clients with Falcon equipment or service agreements receive guaranteed priority support.
Do I have to be a Falcon Cranes customer to request breakdown servicing?
No — we support external plant and privately owned fleets as well. If your crane, hoist, or accessory is experiencing issues, contact us and we’ll assess if we can assist.
What happens if the fault is serious or parts are required?
If we can’t complete the repair immediately, we’ll provide a clear repair plan, source required parts (often from our in-stock supply), and coordinate follow-up work to minimise disruption. We’ll never leave you in the dark or waiting for days without communication.
Can you inspect or re-certify equipment after a breakdown?
Yes. Once repairs are complete, we’ll inspect, test, and re-commission the equipment to ensure it’s safe and compliant before returning it to service. We can also provide reports for internal use or third-party compliance.
What areas do you cover for breakdown servicing?
We service breakdowns across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, Northern NSW, and surrounding areas. If you’re outside these zones, we’ll let you know what’s possible or recommend the best approach.
