Frequently asked questions
Is your lifting equipment certified?
Yes. Every lifting item we supply is tested, tagged, and certified in line with Australian Standards. We also carry out routine inspections and maintenance to ensure ongoing safety and performance. Certification records are available upon request.
Can I hire lifting gear on its own, without a crane?
In most cases, lifting equipment is provided as part of a Falcon-managed lifting solution—such as a crane, hoist or platform setup. However, we do offer short-term or project-specific gear hire where appropriate. Contact us to discuss what you need.
Do you offer lifting solutions for unusual or oversized loads?
Yes. We regularly assist with custom lifting solutions for glass panels, steel sections, precast components, or oversized materials. We work with engineers and trusted suppliers to fabricate or source specialist gear to suit your project.
Who is responsible for rigging and safe use of the equipment?
Falcon Cranes provides trained, in-house riggers and operators who are responsible for correct use, load attachment, and safe lifting procedures. Our team will also coordinate with your site personnel to ensure the gear is used correctly and safely.
Do you provide cages and personnel lifting attachments?
Yes. We offer a range of certified cages for materials and personnel, including brick cages, rescue cages, and man boxes, all compliant with WHS and lifting standards.
